Return & Exchange Policy
At Shannaya Jewels, your satisfaction is our top priority. While all our products go through strict quality checks before dispatch, we understand that unforeseen issues during shipping can occur.
To ensure a smooth experience, we have a 3-Day Return & Exchange Policy, applicable under the conditions below:
✅ When Can You Return or Exchange?
You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery only if:
- The product was damaged during shipping or transit
- You received an incorrect product
🔴 Note: We do not accept returns/exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of design, size issues, or general dissatisfaction.
📸 Mandatory Unboxing Video – Strictly Required
To be eligible for return or exchange, you must:
- Record a clear unboxing video without any cuts or edits starting from the moment the sealed package is opened
- Ensure the video clearly shows the shipping label, the full product reveal, and the damage or issue
- Send the video to us via email or WhatsApp within 3 days of delivery
Without video proof, no claims will be accepted under any circumstances.

- Include your order number, the issue, and the unboxing video
- Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours
- If approved, a replacement will be shipped or store credit will be issued
🚚 Return Pickup & Shipping
- If eligible, we will arrange a reverse pickup.
- If pickup is not serviceable in your area, you will be required to ship the item back to our warehouse.
- Reverse shipping charges may apply if the error is not from our end.
❗ Important Conditions
- Return requests after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging with tags intact.
- Products showing signs of wear, damage, or tampering will be rejected.
- Custom-made, discounted, or offer-based products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless damaged.
💰 Refunds
- Refunds are not provided. In case an exchange is not possible, store credit will be issued (valid for 6 months).
