To raise any damage or return claims:
- Please record a complete unboxing video without any pause or edits
- The video must show the parcel from all angles before opening, and the actual opening of the sealed box
- This is a mandatory proof in case of wrong item or shipping damage

- Kindly ensure your shipping address, pin code, and contact details are accurate to avoid delivery issues.
- If delivery is attempted and fails due to incorrect address or unreachable phone number, the order may be returned to us and re-shipping charges will apply.
