5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to hygiene and customization concerns, we do not accept returns unless the product is defective or damaged.
  • For eligible issues, please raise a request within 48 hours of receiving the product, along with photo evidence.
  • Exchanges are possible only for eligible products and subject to stock availability.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them.
